WOJCIECH STANISLAWSKI
Wojciech Stanislawski is graduated from the Panthéon-Assas University (Paris) with a joint Master’s Degree in Business and Financial Management. He carried out internships for various financial institutions in Poland before joining Comgest in 1999. Wojciech has worked in Comgest’s global emerging markets team for the past 15 years, being named a Portfolio Manager of the flagship GEM “Magellan” fund in 2000.
Wojciech is responsible for the daily supervision and management of the fund managers and analysts within the GEM equity investment team and is one of the lead portfolio managers of Comgest’s GEM strategy.
JULIETTE ALVES
Juliette Alves is graduated from the Neoma Business School in France and holds the CFA charter from CFA Institute. She started her career in 2005 in Credit Agricole CIB’s representative office in Mexico before joining the company’s Latin America team in New York in 2007 where she worked as a Credit Analyst. In 2009 she moved on to Crédit Agricole CIB in Paris before joining Comgest in 2010, where she started as an Analyst covering Latin American markets.
She became a Portfolio Manager in 2011 within the Global Emerging Markets team and a co-lead Portfolio Manager of the Latin America portfolio in 2013.
ALEXANDRE STUCKI
Alexandre Stucki founded AS Investment Management in 2006 and is the lead portfolio manager for the AS Investment Management funds. Previously, Mr. Stucki was Head of Equities’ research and Swiss Fund Manager at Mirabaud & Cie (Geneva) and Fund Manager for European Equities at W.P. Stewart & Co. (New York & London). He holds a Law Degree from University of Geneva and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics.
NATHALIE KAPPELER
Nathalie Kappeler joined AS Investment Management in 2006 as a portfolio manager focused on Swiss equities. Previously, Ms. Kappeler was a Fund Manager and an Equities’ Research Analyst at Mirabaud & Cie and a Financial Analyst at STMicroelectronics, both in Geneva. She holds an MA and BA in Economics from the University of Lausanne, and a MA in Economics from Birkbeck College.
Doris Rochat-Monnier
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Doris Rochat-Monnier holds a master degree in Economics from the University of HEC-Lausanne, Switzerland. Starting her career as a macroeconomic analyst at Paribas in 1994, Doris went on to build and manage the Marketing & Communication department at Ferrier Lullin & Cie S.A., a former member of the UBS Group and also worked at HSBC Group. She later joined de Pury, Pictet, Turrettini & Cie S.A., advising investors on how to incorporate financial, social, environmental and ethical values into their investments, by promoting the engagement approach of the socially responsible Guilé Funds.
With 20 years of multi-disciplinary management experience, Doris is now the Managing Director of Fondation Guilé, a Swiss non-profit organisation which aims to help business leaders and entrepreneurs implement Corporate Responsibility into the core business of their company. She is responsible for extending the scope of the Foundation’s activities, by designing new opportunities to impact the business practice in terms of entrepreneurial challenges and sustainable social development.
Sylvie Dupasquier
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Sylvie Dupasquier is an experienced senior manager, having studied Public Relations in Lausanne. Sylvie has over 15 years in marketing and communication and has extensive experience in communication, branding, advertising and sponsorship. Sylvie has worked internationally in large scale sports events and for various PR agencies. She recently worked as a Project Manager for a multi-national FMCG company managing complex projects for Asian and Middle-Eastern markets.
Passionate about CSR, Sylvie holds a diploma of advanced studies in CSR from the Geneva University. She has a practical working knowledge and understanding of CSR, and has successfully implemented CSR projects at her previous company.
Director of Operations at Fondation Guilé, Sylvie is responsible for the global coordination of the engagement process. She is in charge of liaising with the companies to be analyzed and make sure everything runs smoothly between the foundation, the consultants and the companies.
Dr. Thomas Streiff
ENGAGEMENT TEAM MEMBER
Dr. Thomas Streiff is consulting and coaching private companies and public institutions at a national and international level in strategic, organizational and process-oriented matter. A major expertise comprises the design and implementation of sustainable business strategies and practices. Thomas is also CEO of The Sustainability Forum Zurich, an international, multi-stakeholder oriented think-tank for the financial sector.
Earlier, he was sustainability and risk manager at Swiss Re, agricultural advisor for development and cooperation projects in East Africa and India and research assistant at the ETH Zurich, where he was promoted as Ph.D. He has a vast expertise in sustainable finance, natural resource management including climate change related aspects, water management and sustainable food production.
DR. DOROTHEA BAUR
ENGAGEMENT TEAM MEMBER
Dr. Dorothea Baur is an independent analyst who advises companies and foundations on matters relating to Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability. Dorothea is the author of „The Corporate Social Responsibility Story of Chiquita“, an in-depth perspective on the challenges of CSR in a multinational company under financial and other pressure, which was accompanied by Fondation Guilé. She is also a lecturer on business ethics and corporate social responsibility at the University of St. Gallen, where she holds a PhD, and she has previously taught and researched at ESADE Business School Barcelona and Nottingham University Business School. Dorothea is a member of the board of Ethos Académie and she has been a member of the Guilé Engagement Team since 2015.
Andrea Gäumann
ENGAGEMENT TEAM MEMBER
Andrea Gäumann is project manager of the Guilé Engagement Team and ensures that the quality of the Guilé sustainability reporting assessments remains consistently high. She is advising national and multinational companies in the areas of CSR strategy and management, impact management, stakeholder dialogues, and strategic philanthropy. Andrea analyzes and engages with portfolio companies, primarily with companies from the financial and pharmaceutical industries. Andrea Gäumann has been a member of the Guilé Engagement Team since November 2011. She studied sociology and business administration at the University of Zurich.
Pascal Lüthi
ENGAGEMENT TEAM MEMBER
He advises national and multinational companies in the (further) development of their CR strategy and the integration of CR-relevant aspects into their corporate strategy. He also advises companies in relation to their reporting under the UN Global Compact (UNGC) and the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). He is a member of the Guilé Engagement Team and accompanies the portfolio firms of the two Guilé investment funds as a critical sparring partner for their CR implementation.
