The Foundation is committed to the development of the canton of Jura and has played a key role in establishing a partnership between EPFL and the canton.
A partnership agreement was signed in 2025 to formalize this collaboration.
Thanks to the presence of a representative of the EPF sector in Delémont (JU), this partnership aims to bring Jura-based companies closer to internationally renowned research expertise, strengthen the region’s attractiveness for young talent, and foster exchanges between EPF sector startups and the regional economic ecosystem.
Through this approach, the Foundation seeks to contribute to the emergence of a strong innovation ecosystem serving Jura’s development.
This collaboration will also provide access to the skills of students from EPFs and HES*, by offering them internships as part of their Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree projects.
