The Girls’ Coding Club is a free national program aimed at girls aged 11 to 16, designed to foster their interest in programming and information technologies. The club offers 2.5‑hour workshops, open to all skill levels, led by EPFL female students. Participants learn to create applications, video games, and animations in a supportive and encouraging environment.
The Foundation actively supports the education of students in Switzerland aged 10 to 25 by granting scholarships.
The Foundation is committed to the development of the canton of Jura and has played a key role in establishing a partnership between EPFL and the canton.
In 2022, upon the release of this book, Fondation Novandi organized two launch events, one in Boncourt and the other in Geneva.
College Saint-Charles in Porrentruy embodies the founders’ educational vision of private schooling as an alternative and complementary choice to public education.
Fondation Novandi is convinced of the importance of nurturing and supporting young talent. The Foundation actively supports the HC Ajoie Academy as well as the Boncourt Basketball Academy, contributing to youth development and the next generation of athletes.
In 2003, Fondation Novandi entered into an agreement with Dehlia Oeuvray Smits, an international rider for many years. Dehlia has inspired passion and motivation among young Swiss riders.
To provide young athletes with an appropriate environment for training — or simply to encourage their well‑being — Fondation Novandi supported the project to expand and refurbish the Porrentruy Ice Rink. Its inauguration took place in 2022.
The Foundation supports institutions seeking to organize cultural events in the canton of Jura. In 2025, it supported the Musée jurassien d’art et d’histoire (MJAH) to organize its exhibition “The Return of the Moutier‑Grandval Bible”.
Supported by Fondation Novandi, the new Jura Theatre in Delémont was inaugurated in October 2021. It promotes access to culture for young people and contributes to their personal development through various training opportunities.
